If the client delays approval or required content, launch may be delayed.

12. On-Time Guarantee

If we miss the written delivery timeframe for reasons within our control, we will apply a credit equal to 1 month of your active hosting plan to your next hosting invoice.

The delivery timeframe begins once the required payment and all required content have been received. It pauses while we await:

This benefit is additional to any rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.

13. Cancellations and Refunds

If a client cancels a project after work has started, change-of-mind refunds are not provided for work already completed or for third-party costs reasonably committed to the project.

We may provide an account of work completed and committed project costs. The client remains responsible for those amounts, and any unused prepaid amount that is refundable will be returned.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any refund, cancellation, compensation, or other right available under the Australian Consumer Law.

14. Ownership

The client retains ownership of content, logos, images, and other materials they supply and confirms that they have permission to use them.

Once all project fees have been paid, ownership of the website-specific visual design and original content created and paid for as part of the agreed scope transfers to the client.

Cheap Quick Websites retains ownership of its pre-existing or reusable code, components, templates, systems, processes, methods, and know-how. Third-party tools, software, platforms, fonts, images, and other licensed assets remain subject to their respective licence terms.

Standard packages do not include backend or source-code access. Any access, export, or handover requirement must be expressly included in a custom written quote.

Hosting, Intelligent CRM, Web chat, and any connected services remain active only while the relevant monthly or annual fees are paid.

15. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party platforms, tools, domains, plugins, or integrations to deliver parts of the service.

We are not responsible for outages, pricing changes, suspensions, or other failures that are reasonably outside our control. Where an issue affects a service we provide, we will take reasonable steps to investigate, communicate available information, and assist with restoration where practicable.

Nothing in this section excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

16. Liability

We will provide our services with reasonable care and skill.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss caused by inaccurate or unlawful client-supplied content, client delays, unauthorised changes made by the client or another party, or third-party failures reasonably outside our control, except to the extent the loss was caused or contributed to by our breach, negligence, or failure to exercise reasonable care and skill.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

17. Pricing Disclaimer

All prices listed on our website, quotes, invoices, service pages, and marketing materials are subject to change at any time without notice. The price confirmed at the time of purchase, invoice, or written quote will apply to that specific order unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All prices exclude GST.
